Intuit’s segment for Small Business and Self-Employed provides a wide array of online and desktop solutions for payment processing, financing and payroll solutions. The Consumer segment offers products and services with their TurboTax that allows for both assisted and do-it-yourself capabilities. Its Strategic Partner segment includes professional tax offerings such as ProConnect Tax Online, ProSeries and Lacerte.

Intuit is currently focusing on investing more in innovation and opportunities for the future. These opportunities include the use of artificial intelligence to be able to provide efficient and seamless services to their customers. This enables their Intuit Aid Assist solution to better connect small businesses to specific relief funding programs. Intuit’s Quickbooks Capital provides solutions that allow for the automation of Paycheck Protection Program and the processes involved in the loan application. These are all beneficial to owners of very small businesses who wanted to gain improved access to this program.

Intuit also provides software solutions to help people do their taxes while also receiving substantial help from experts. Quickbooks Live and TurboTax Live are also created for expanding their customer base and increasing engagement. These programs are also helpful for increasing their company’s revenue growth on a per-customer basis. Intuit also offers financial tools that help customers gain increased income.

The company is also looking to grow its online presence by making improvements to its omnichannel capabilities while making them more efficient at managing capital and payments.
